How to Reach Us
We can meet with you between 5:00pm and 9:00pm on weekdays, and between 10:00am and 9:00pm on weekends and holidays. E-mail is the best way to reach us; We check our e-mail often, and aim to respond within the hour between 8:00am and 9:00pm (sometimes much quicker!) If you are emailing us in a rush, please be courteous and allow us 5 minutes for us to respond to your request before contacting another service.

What to Bring to Appointments
Aside from the document(s), we will also need you to bring at least two pieces of photo ID (at least one of which must be government issued, such as a driver's license) and a secondary ID such as a health care or credit card.
